Create a Mini-Saga

As we finished Story, Pink offers us the opportunity to write our own mini-saga's. What if Smith's honors classes all contributed to this post and made an awesome collection of mini-saga's? This isn't a requirement, so have some fun writing. Here are few tips:

  1. Must be 50 words exactly
  2. Tell a story, a real one, or make one up.
  3. Post however many you would like!

Examples:

Phone Call
He dialed the number again. It was wrong number. That’s three times in a row!  Something was wrong. The number seemed OK. Just when he was about to give up, he figured out, he found that the last two digits were interchanged in his phone book. That explained it all!

    The Sale
Jack didn’t want to miss those “early bird specials” on Friday. Doors opened at 5 in the morning. Jack had to be there at least by midnight to save $50. After some thought, Jack decided to drop this shopping adventure – his time was worth more than $10 an hour.
